Above the Stap Vitaal store at Groende Hartplein 5 in Zoeterwoude, I’m starting my practice for acupuncture and energy work. You can make an appointment with me for individual treatments, community acupuncture, and guidance for all kinds of physical complaints, such as sleep problems and mental or emotional challenges.
My background is in social work, where well-being and self-reliance were at the core of my work. From that foundation, I delved into integrative medicine and completed my training at the Hwa To International University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In addition to treatments, I offer courses and workshops in energy work. The practice space above Stap Vitaal is ideal for this: a quiet place for deepening, learning, and experiencing in small groups.
In my practice, I combine knowledge, experience, and focus in a clear, down-to-earth approach that supports both body and mind.
